Education and Military Service

  • Undergraduate training: College of William and Mary, BS (Biology). Go Tribe!

  • Dental school: University of Pennsylvania, DMD. He also earned a MSEd in Higher Education while he was in dental school.

  • Advanced Education in General Dentistry: David Grant Medical Center, Travis Air Force Base, CA.

  • Military Service: Dr. Joosse served 5 years as a general dentist in the United States Air Force, mostly at Davis-Monthan AFB in Tucson, AZ. There, he was awarded Company Grade Officer of the Year for the Medical Group and Company Grade Officer of the Quarter for the entire base.

  • Orthodontic Residency: Dr. Joosse completed his orthodontic residency at the University of the Pacific, Arthur A Dugoni School of Dentistry, which is the birthplace of Invisalign® clinical trials and research. During his residency, he studied and learned directly under faculty members that are considered some of the top experts in the world on Invisalign® clear aligner techniques!
