We are looking for an energetic team member to work with patients. Simply put: your job is to make the patient’s experience the best it can be!

Excellent interpersonal skills are a must. The superstar we are looking for will be friendly, pleasant, calm, and outgoing. Specifically, they can:

Carry a conversation with a total stranger with a focus on THE PATIENT’S interests, not their own.
Converse easily with both young children and adults.
Handle happy, sad, mad, and grateful patients all at the same time.
Listen well.
